Doval Constructions Crest Road / Park Ridge Road Cycle Lane Improvements Project (Park Ridge)
Congratulations to CCF QLD member, Doval Constructions on being awarded the contract by Logan City Council for the Crest Road – Park Ridge Road Cycle Lane Improvements Project. Works will be carried out in and around the Crest Road / Park Ridge Road intersection at Park Ridge, near the Mount Lindesay Highway overpass.
The infrastructure development will include the upgrade of a cycleway line marking around the Crest Road / Park Ridge Road intersection, road pavement reconstruction works at the Crest Road and Western Service Road intersection and relevant associated works including traffic signage installation. The Council aims to improved safety with the installation of the cycle lane around the highly-trafficked intersection. The project is jointly funded by the Logan City Council and Queensland Government with an estimated cost of $560,000.
Construction is scheduled to commence in August 2018 and are expected to be completed in September 2018, weather and construction conditions permitting. Works will generally occur between 7.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. However, due to the nature of the activities to be performed, some works may be required outside of these hours at times.
