Last month the Federal Government awarded four new contracts to Apprenticeship providers across Queensland.

From February 1, 2020 the below providers have been chosen as the Australian Apprentices Support Network (AASN) for Queensland

  • Busy At Work
  • MAS National
  • MEGT
  • Sarina Russo Job Access

Minister for Employment, Skills, Small & Family Business, Senator the Hon. Michaelia Cash announced the successful organisations also including the Torres Strait Islands as a key region for provider Busy At Work.

The longstanding 20-year Apprentice incentives will also undergo a revamp from July 1, 2020.

Employers will stand to access a further $7,000 in potential incentives from the Federal Government.

Apprentices from rural and regional areas will give employers an extra level of incentive of $1500 for commencement and completion of their training.
