RIIWHS205D – CONTROL TRAFFIC WITH STOP SLOW BAT / RENEWAL: 19 September Townsville
To become an accredited Traffic Controller in Queensland, you must complete an approved traffic controller training course, delivered by a Department of Transport and Main Roads approved training provider.

This course provides training for those who are required to control traffic with a stop-slow bat. Participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to perform traffic control safely for co-workers and the public.
On successful completion of this course including the practical component, you will be required to complete the F4115 – Traffic Controller Accreditation Application (download here) and additional documentation to apply for accreditation as a Traffic Controller with the Department of Transport and Main Roads.
