CCF Code Version 10

The primary purpose of the CCF Code is to assist Contractor businesses to achieve and maintain compliance to the relevant industry standards and regulations required by Federal and/or State Authorities.

The Code draws together elements of Quality, Workplace Health and Safety, and Environmental Management, in one system. It is used by service providers as a practical, easy way to interpret Standards and demonstrate that their services meet industry benchmarks and relevant regulatory requirements; and for the users of these services to be confident in the high levels of SEQ compliance in their delivery.

This Code (Version 10) replaced Version 9 on the 28 February and has brought:

• An increased focus on business
• A simple total risk management approach
• Enhanced customer and community focus
• Added requirements for incident management and emergency preparedness, and,
• Requirements for competence and awareness

Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ)

Accredited by the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand (JAS-ANZ) for third party Certification, the Code is designed as the basis for an alternative, contractor focused, management system.

The Code draws together for the construction industry relevant elements of international standards for Quality, OH&S and Environment Management.

• ISO 45001 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• AS/NZS 4801 – Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
• ISO 14001 – Environmental Management Systems
• ISO 9001 – Quality Management systems
