Construction Leader of the Year

The Construction Leader of the Year award recognises an individual who has demonstrated exceptional project management skills and applied innovative approaches throughout the project lifecycle. It celebrates leaders whose vision, expertise, and strategic decision-making have driven outstanding project outcomes and exceeded project goals.

Environmental & Sustainability Professional of the Year
The Environmental & Sustainability Professional of the Yearaward category recognises an individual who has driven meaningful environmental and sustainability outcomes within the civil construction industry. The recipient goes beyond compliance to influence decisions, practices, and systems that protect the environment, support responsible resource use, and deliver enduring sustainability benefits.

Plant Operator of the Year

This Plant Operator of the Year award category celebrates the vital role of plant operators in delivering civil infrastructure projects. It recognises individuals who demonstrate outstanding plant expertise, operational excellence, safety and maintenance, and strong teamwork and leadership. The award honours those who contribute to project success while upholding the highest standards of safety, productivity, and professionalism.

Site Supervisor of the Year
The Site Supervisor of the Year award category recognises a site supervisor who has excelled in managing all site operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering high-quality project outcomes. It celebrates leaders who prioritise safety, drive productivity, and inspire their teams to achieve excellence on every project. 

Support Professional of the Year
The Support Professional of the Year award category celebrates an individual in the civil construction industry whose dedication, skill, and initiative make a real difference to their team and projects. The nominee is recognised for consistently delivering results, supporting colleagues, and contributing in ways that have a meaningful impact on their workplace or community. This award highlights those whose commitment and professionalism set them apart, inspiring others and strengthening the success of every project they touch.

Work Health & Safety Professional of the Year
This Work Health & Safety Professional of the Year award category recognises a safety professional within the civil construction industry who has demonstrated outstanding leadership, initiative, and measurable achievement in enhancing work health and safety performance across their workplace and/or projects.
