Training Awards

The Industry Training Awards recognises the exceptional people who have been training or completed training through Civil Train (RTO#5807) over the past year (1 June – 31 May).

The following categories make up the Industry Training Awards:

• Certificate II Student of the Year
  
• Certificate III in Civil Construction Student of the Year
• Certificate IV Student of the Year
• Diploma Student of the Year
• Outstanding Commitment to Training & Skill Development (Employer)
• Outstanding Commitment to Training & Skill Development (Individual)
• Encouragement Award (for students currently studying).

N.B. Eligibility criteria varies for each category. Nominations open for the Industry Training Awards in February each year. Nominations for the 2024 awards series are now open. Click the relevant category above to download the nomination form. Please note - Outstanding Commitment to Training & Skill Development awards nominees are put forward by Civil Train (RTO#5708), rather than nominating for yourself.

These awards are presented at the annual Excellence in Civil Construction Awards night which this year will be held on 9th August 2024 at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. Ticket sales are now open via www.ccfqld.com/events.
