The CCF QLD People’s Awards recognise the exceptional people working in the Queensland civil construction industry, both on and off-site.

Nominations for the 2025 People's Awards are NOW OPEN!

These awards commenced in Queensland in 2018 and have continued to grow since.

The following categories make up the People’s Awards:

• Civil Engineer of the Year
• Collaborative Project of the Year
• Construction Leader of the Year
  
• Environmental and Sustainability Champion of the Year
• Plant Operator of the Year
• Site Supervisor of the Year
• Support Champion of the Year
• Work Health & Safety Champion of the Year

N.B. Eligibility criteria varies for each category.

These awards are presented at the annual Excellence in Civil Construction Awards night, alongside the Industry Training Awards and Earth Awards. 

NOMINATIONS EXTENDED: All People's Awards category nominations are due no later than 5:00pm Thursday 5 June 2025.
