Join CCF QLD and Mills Oakley for the 2023 Professional Short Course Series.
In December 2022, the Albanese Government passed the first tranche of its industrial relations reforms. With significant changes to the industrial relations landscape including the prohibition of pay secrecy clauses, regulations around the use of fixed-term contracts and major changes to enterprise bargaining, these represent the most significant shake-up to the industrial relations landscape since the Fair Work Act itself.
With these changes either already in play or coming into effect throughout 2023, employers need to be aware of exactly how these changes may affect their businesses and how they need to adapt to the new paradigm. In a special 1.5 hour seminar, Alex Millman (Senior Associate – Workplace Relations, Employment and Safety, Mills Oakley) will traverse the critical elements of these changes and what they mean for businesses in real terms.
Please note that numbers are capped for this event due to COVID social distancing requirements. Additionally, it is important to note that this course will start at 7:30am sharp, so please aim to arrive or log on 15 minutes early. Those attending virtually will receive a Microsoft Teams invitation (with instructions and a link) the day prior.
